This ACE-FLS High Speed Automatic Log Saw Cutting Machine for V Fold Hand Towels is for cutting facial tissue paper and interfold hand paper towels and also coreless toilet rolls. It can accommodate big ranges of cutting sizes. The height of log can be 140mm 150mm etc. It adopts 3 servo motors to control the cutting length and infeed to ensure the cutting accuracy.

Adopt 2 servo motors to control the timing belts before the circular blade cutting and after the circular blade cutting .(But other companies’ machines use only one servo motor or NO servo motor, controlled by only inverter, which cannot guarantee accurate cutting.)

Blade grinding/sharpening system: Automatically and pneumatically grinding/sharpening, grinding/sharpening time and interval parameters can be set in the touch screen. For example, you can set it to sharpen for 1 seconds every 30 minutes or every 50 cuts.
